Subject:Chinese blue & white armorial soup bowl?

Can anyone please help with the identification of this item that I think is a Chinese export armorial soup bowl?
It is roughly 9.5 inches in diameter and is decorated with some sort of motif on the outer rim which looks like a dog or a wolf holding a spear in its mouth.
The underneath is decorated with butterflies and the rim has a brownish glaze .
I know it has had a hard life , having an old rivet repair and a rim chip showing a very white porcelain body but I’d love to know more , especially it’s likely age.

Please forgive my late response, I have been away. Your plate was made for the English export market in China c.1760. It was made with the arms of either WOLFF or PEMBERTON. A definitive answer cannot be made due to only the crest being present and not the full arms. I like to remove old staple repairs and bond it with modern clear adhesives, but others feel leaving it as is remains better.I've been collecting a long time so it's my own prejudice.

Thank you so much for your detailed reply , that’s exactly the information I was after!
I found this item at a local car boot sale a week or so ago , with just the crest of the bowl being visible as it was stacked underneath some nondescript pottery.
As soon as I had extracted the bowl I knew I had to have it!
I like it just as it is and it is my plan to leave it untouched .
I know it’s damaged and so perhaps not commercially worth much but it is now one of my favourite pieces.
