Subject:Old Chinese painting, supposedly titled "Homecoming"??

An older lady brought this in and can only recall that the subject had to do with "Homecoming". Bought a long time ago. It would be great to help her out, she almost Craigslisted it, but I stopped her! Any assistance would be appreciated.

nope, not "homecoming" but "Sailboat on an Autumn River" with cyclical date corresponding to 1980, midwinter, painted in somewhere that I can't make out (last two characters). no artist's name given but it's likely to be found in the seal legend which can't be read in this photo. post a pic of the seal and we can take a look. decorative rather than "fine art"
