Please have a look and advice as how old this meiping is
Personally I think that it is old but my friend suggested that it brand new because it is flawless and beautiful

Hi Toan,

The decoration around the neck and shoulder looks mostly like motifs I've seen on some Qianlong vases. Is the foot as flat as the photo makes it look? If it is, then the vase could be 19th century and perhaps a Japanese piece.
