I can't vouch for this being the Bodhisattva Puxian, but it does look from its molding method to be an old piece, 19th century or earlier. Such porcelain sculptures made since the turn of the 20th century almost always are slip-cast, whereas yours seems to have been made in a press-mold. Sometimes you can see the potter's fingerprints on the base, which is luted on to the figure as a separate piece of clay.

For comparison, I've included the link and a photo from an earlier posting of mine, showing the base of a late Ming or early Qing image of the Daoist deity Zhenwu. Also, here are some pictures of what I believe is a Japanese 19th century figurine, which shows some similarities in potting and glazing.
