Help with Buddha

hello,

i recently bought this alabaster buddha. i believe it's from mandalay burma.

could someone pls confirm it's a MANDALAY statue? it's about 29cm high and weighs about 4kg.

i realise its nothing special but i particularly like the facial image - serene, almost childlike.

any help most appreciated.
