Message HI Gary - Yes you are 100% correct - I did just find out yesturday that the plate is NOT handpainted its actually a decal - and was done as a promotional thing for an art show to be given to big donators to a particular museum - it turns out the event never took place - and in turn there was a big chang collector who donated them to local california museums - so the plate itself was never even painted by chang - but ty for "validating" what I had orig thought - Mary =) Post a Response |
