Message me? I have no idea what the heck this is. seems to be enameled, but I don't recognize what the design on the bottom is. the stylized characters on the inside of the bowl seem crudely done, I can't really tell much about the exterior from your photos. seems more like a fantasy piece to me than anything else, but I don't know much at all about ceramics, or enamels, sorry.
