Message This is "Shippo" type cloisonné which also often uses lacquer to form the "tree bark" texture seen around the neck and base. The mark on the base is "Taishiro" (田代), possibly Taishiro Shoten, a ceramics maker that operated circa the Meiji to Occupation period. See the link for an earlier thread. Best regards, Bill H.
