Message Reading of Signature: 祥雲 Shoun (Art name of artist) Seal: 竜 Ryu (Dragon) (Leisure seal) With this art-name only one painter can be found in Japanese artist name dictionaries, his name is Nonouchi Yasutaro (野々内保太郎）1902-1985、Famous of Bird -and-Flower painting. According to literature he has used the art-name "Shoun" only until 1932, then he changed it to Yasutaro. I could find only pictures on net wit Yasutaro signature and seal.
