Identification Mark/Hall Mark and Age Moulded Famille Rose Hundred Antiques Vase |
Posted By: Elke Posted Date: Oct 13, 2018 (02:27 PM) |
Message Hello everybody, any thoughts on this nice piece? It is a chinese Famille Rose hexagonal Vase, moulded with "Precious Objects" or "Hundred Antiques" design. It is ca 23 inch/60 cm high, ca 5-6 kg weight. My guess is that it was made in the 19th century - or could it be even older? What does the inscription mean? - unfortunatly I couldn`t find it in Davidsons Book on Chinese Marks...may be a shop hall mark or of the artist? Any hints and insights are apreciated. Greetings from Germany, Elke |
