Message The signature (presumably also the seals, which I hard time reading) indicates that the picture is meant to be by Chen Shu, a female painter (1660-1736), some of whose work is in the old imperial collection. However this is more likely an anonymous and more recent work to which the signature has been added; the painting style and calligraphy are both at odds with Chen's.
