Message That's a 1970's or later pewter-clad dish, which as indicated by the backstamp, was decorated in Hong Kong on a Japanese porcelain blank. Such lead warnings came into vogue in the 1970's, as the US and other countries became concerned enough to incorporate labeling requirements in their import regulations. Best regards, Bill H.
