This is a circa Republic period (1912-49) Chinese blue & white rice pattern bowl with overglaze iron red and gilt accents. The mark may read from the top down as 'Jade Treasure' (Yu Zhen), with the second character being confused by a spurious cobalt drip at its lower right.
