Message I've not seen this particular name before, but sometimes English markings like it may be retail store names and not manufacturers brands. In any event, finding English other than 'China' or 'Made in China' on a piece of Chinese porcelain is a good indicator that it is of the 20th century, and finding English that follows Mandarin pinyin forms like this is a pretty good sign that it dates to after 1949.
