| Need help with indentification |

Message I bought this @ an antique shop in the 80s; the owner knew nothing about it or what it was. I was drawn to the Buddhas & polished stone embellishments. It measures approx. 8" dia. @ its widest and stands approx. 18" high. Anything anyone can tell me about it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
