Hi Adrian,

A pity the pictures are a bit small but I give it a try.
I can see a double circel on the back and that makes me think of Kangxi or .Kangxi revival period (later 19th. century and on)
Your dish have a very well known theme of a carp transforming into a dragon which has been made for ages.
The way the dragon is painted looks (as far as I can see) pr Guangxu.
The color of the blue cobalt looks greyish that makes me think of 19th. Century
The dots in the decoration near the rim makes me think 19th. Century
The standrim looks rather thick and rusty. This makes me think 19th. century. Maybe Fujian ware.

All in one my guess would be third quarter 19th century.

Regards,

Arjan
