Message thanks for all the pictures. the painting in your first seven pictures has only a title: "xi shan qing xiu", or "Clear and Elegant Streams and Mountains". the seal doesn't identify the artist, it reads "hua yin" or "painting seal". the painting in your last seven pictures is by a different artist and is signed and dated. the signature is quite hard to read because the handwriting is very stylized, and the seal is hard to read as well because of some blurring or extraneous ink that gets in the way of seeing its two characters, which in any case are different from the two characters with which the artist has signed his name. the right column is the date, which reads "dingsi nian", a year in the cyclical calendar corresponding to 1977.
