Message The artist is Hokusai and it is from his series 36 Views of Mt Fuji - #30 Shichiri beach in Sagami Province. The original Japanese woodblock series was published circa 1830. This series is probably the most popular ever printed and has been copied literally 1000s of times. The likelihood of having a valuable original are small.
