Items with relatively high value would be identifiable as from a particular workshop, have meticulous artistic decoration and no damage, and not mass-made utility wares.

Crowded gaudy decoration with a lot of gold was popular in the West in the 1890s-1930s.

Such an item would have value of however much you like it for decoration.
