The bright palette and painting style on this floor vase resemble decoration I've seen on Japanese ceramics made in the Arita area by the Yamatoku company, with this being the largest example I've come across thus far. Here's a link showing a Yamatoku charger listed for sale online. It has an example of the impressed company mark along with a decorative Chinese mark written in red.

I'd guess your vase might date to the first quarter of the 20th century (late Meiji-Taisho period) or subsequently. I've never actually bought any Japanese vases this size so am just guessing, but would expect it to be worth at least US$1000.

Best regards,

Bill H.
