Chinese painting |
Posted By: marwal Posted Date: Sep 22, 2012 (08:36 PM) |
Message I am trying to determine the value of a Chinese painting I own. It is a Chinese multicolor painting on paper in vertical format. The subject of the painting is the depiction of Manjusri Bodhisattva seated atop a lion. The painting has a folk-art type quality in the depiction. The painting is the work of the later Ming dynasty. It measures 57 1/4'' in height by 30 3/4". Post a Response |
