It's Japanese late Edo period Imari (Arita) export porcelain from 1841-60s bearing the mark 'Zoshuntei Sanpo-zo' (made by Zoshuntei Sanpo). This was a trademark used by the merchant Yojibe Hisatomi who revived the porcelain trade in Arita that was in decline since the first half of the 18th century.

Guy.
