The symbol at the upper left is a simplified version of the long life character "Shou" (寿 [壽]), as shown here. It's unclear whether you already know, but "ep" usually means "electroplate" in a context like this.

The fisherman has the well-muscled heroic look that suggests the artist was schooled in Social Realism, which style prevailed on the China Mainland during the early People's Republic era (post-1949). This may indicate that your picture dates around the third quarter of the 20th century.
