The body proportions and carvings (low to average standard) in the second image all point towards late 20th century or even last 10 years.

Material wise could be Chinese nephrite but cannot tell with much confidence from the photos. Sometimes such material appear grey-green or celadon on the computer when it is fairly white in reality.

The sticker was probably left there as a form of identification by a shop or auction house. Quite meaningless to be frank as anyone can stick it on and scribble some stuff on it. Anyway, the bottom half of the sticker says 5 "xin" or 5 new in English.
