Famille Verte unusual shaped lamp/vessel |
Posted By: Andrew S. Posted Date: Dec 04, 2013 (06:41 PM) |
Message Hello all: I received this item, I am sorry it's not photographed well. It is a lamp. The bottom is open, and sits on a formed rosewood stand in which a small light is placed. The top is closed except for a small maybe 2" wide x-cross like a plus sign that's open. Maybe that's open to dissipate heat. I see that it has a mark similar to Qianlong, but I do not know of its age. The form to me is very unusual, never have seen one before. If anyone could help it would be sincerely appreciated. I posted pictures up in my dropbox. Post a Response |
