If the pic isn't very clear, then it isn't very useful.

I'll comment without seeing the picture. The iconic prints of the 100 Famous Views of Edo series (for example, 107, 112, 89, this includes #56, Irises at Horikiri) will have a gallery price in the low five figures (maybe half that at auction) - IF they are in PRISTINE condition. If they have been framed and displayed and are faded, or toned, or damaged in any way, this price rapidly drops.

See the link below for a $13,000 example. By the way, you can get information like this using Google.

The two questions are then, originality and condition - neither of which can be determined from a poor picture.
