Message It's Chinese, early 20th century, made for export. Nice water, lotus pads and pond motif against a white enamel background. This type of mark was used late Qing early Republic, it reads from right to left "GREAT MING PRECIOUS MADE" Some of the Japanese cloisonne 1860-1890 usually used two characters GREAT MING.
