Hard to say from the pix what might account for the holes in the handles. Might just be from burst bubbles in the glaze. Size matters when calculating value, and you don't mention the height of this vase. However, this pattern and palette was fairly common among Japanese exports of the period, so I'd expect a single vase in perfect conditon would be worth only about $150-$200 at retail in the 12-14 inch size.
