Flipped 90 degrees clockwise, the mark reads down and across from the right as "Made for/by the Hall of Eternal Victory" (Yong sheng tang zhi - 永勝堂製). This would appear to be related to the Yongsheng (Eternal Victory) Ornamented Porcelain Factory in Hong Kong, which has come across the scope here a few times in the past. See link below for further details. Then, if you have any reason to believe that whatever you possess with this mark on the back is a true antique, please feel free to help fulfill the goals of what otherwise is an Asian art discussion forum by posting pictures of it for opinions.

Thank you,

Bill H.
