Thanks for showing us the extra pictures. Your plaque looks to me as being contemporary - dated 1942 (壬午). The mark on the base 三希堂 was the name of the QianLong emperor’s private study and related to his collection of calligraphies - particularly by the three Wang dragons, reputed to be the greatest calligraphers in history.

SanXiTang, then as a name connoting high quality has been adopted by a number of people and businesses, including a restaurant in Hong Kong, a tea house in Taiwan and an antiques shop in Madrid.

Some of the techniques in your plaque look very modern to me, the small incisions for example to add texture to the fisherman’s cloak. The title of the painting is 秋江漁翁 Qiu jiang yu weng “The Autumn river fisherman”
