Message Hi! The sign says "九谷 八幡窯”. This is one of most famous Kutani Porcelain in Japan. This is made at Yawata kiln(Yawatamachi, Komatsu-City, Ishikawa-Prefecture, Japan, 923-0954), and is probably made at SHOWA-Era(1925-present). I don't know exact market value but I attach the link to the Japanese Acution site. Those wares are made in same kiln. It seems that the price is not so high.
