Chinese calligraphy - 1 of 3 paintings |
Posted By: Tim Posted Date: Jul 20, 2014 (06:26 PM) |
Message This is a set of 3 calligraphy paintings. Measure 38.5" tall x 17" wide, so fairly large. All by the same artist, seals are the same on each of the 3 paintings. I will post other 2 paintings in additional posts. Gallery that framed the paintings date stamped the back, March 4 1992 (Maimi). I am curious to know what the panels say, if they belong as a set or are just 3 different pieces by the same artist, name of the artist, year of creation. Calligraphy is such a mystery to me....How can you tell GOOD from BAD/Decorative? Thank you. |
