Help With Age of this Hirado Porcelain Vase

I have identified this vase to be Hirado based on style, subject matter and glaze but do not know how old it is. Some sites say 19th century but I am not sure. The porcelain is fine white and doesnt show as nicely due to poor lighting. It stands 15" tall and has a very nice painted under glaze pastoral scene and well as a water scene. Two dragons intertwine and twist around vase and have a ball in each claw. Top of vase is "ruffled" and bottom of vase has nice raised leaf design.

Any help dating this vase? It dooes have fairly clean repairs on both dragon tails an a few chips to dragon spines. Is this still collectible even with the damage?

Any help and input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
