Message The title is 闲话桒麻, or basically "gossiping about rural life". The third character is a variant of 桑 (mulberry), and the last means hemp, together they refer to farming life. The cursive inscription includes "early spring, 壬寅 year" (1902, or perhaps 1962 of 1842)and a studio or location name I can't read, but not the artist's name, and I can't quite make out the content of the seal, which may be part of the artist's name or a pen name reading 會出。 Post a Response |
