There are quite a few, and a good deal of specialization occurred over the 20th century as people learned more about the subject. A good list can be found at the link below, though some books mentioned there are quite expensive; look through it for books that best reflect your interests. The He Li book is an overview of styles over time, with illustrations drawn from the Asian Art Museum collection of San Francisco. Suzanne Valenstein's "A Handbook of Chinese Ceramics" is an overview based on the Metropolitan Museum's collection. Margaret Medley's "The Chinese Potter" is another general overview. They lose in depth what they cover in breadth, however, and unfortunately there's no shortcut to expertise.
