The character on that last dish is 萠, which is a variant for 萌. Both apparently have root meanings of a "bud" or "sprout", and the second one also is an "augury" or "foretoken". The variant seems mostly to be used in feminine given names, including "Moe".

A Google query found one potter at the link below named Moe Kawasaki - 川崎 萌 , who was listed, as shown here, under the variant character that's not on your dish. The website did not show an actual pottery mark for her, so it's not possible to say without more research if this is your potter or not.

Best regards,

Bill H.
