Jadeite Guanyin with rabbit - Jade color?

Message
I don't have much of an eye for jade and consequently I don't buy jade often. However, I couldn't help myself with this Guanyin figure holding a rabbit.

The figure is mix of white and green with brown (russet?) on the ears of the rabbit.

What is the correct way to describe the color variation of this jade?

Figure measures 6.75-7" tall (probably the later as it sits inset into the wood base). I see a few examples of animals with Guanyin....I guess these were done to commemorate zodiac years (ie. year of the rabbit).

Thanks for the help!
