Thangkas can be difficult to date without direct inspection as the techniques for traditional Thangka painting has continued in the same manner for hundreds of years. yours appears to be one of Shakyamuni and shows lots of paint crackage from continual rolling and unrolling and wear to the brochade. The brocade fabric appears to be 1890-1920, but is difficult to tell from the picture. On the reverse in the top right corner appears to be a tag or tab - does it say anything? It gives the impression of one made for export. I am by no means an expert but have handled many Thangkas and have only seen tags like that sewn into ones for sale to tourists. An additional picture of the whole brocade frame might help with an idea of age.
