Message I believe this one may read as follows: 秋春圓 己卯年 王永康 (Qiu Chun Yuan Ji Mao Nian Wang Yong Kang) Possibly translated as "The satisfaction of autumn and spring, Jimao year (1999?), (by) Wang Yongkang" As usual, I'm open to suggestion regarding the translation.
