Famille rose Chinese Export Figurine? Help Identifying Maker/Shop |
Posted By: Elke Posted Date: Dec 17, 2016 (11:53 AM) |
Message Hello everybody! Specialist in chinese export porcelain and identifying of porcelain hallmark needed: I own this porcelain figure (was unfortunately broken and damaged while it was sended to me), which in my opinion could be a real famille rose and of the time (late 18. century..or 19.th century)?? It shows a bird catching a worm sitting on lotus leafs and flowers painted in colours of the famille rose palette. Sorry the pics are not best quality. What do the experts say? Can anybody please help identify the hall- /shopmark. I could only identify the first icon, should translate "Made in the hall/pavillion of...". If it should be really an old "famille rose" chinese export object I´m thinking about a professional restoration, either than sticking it together with Pattex by myself... Advice and hints are warmely welcomed. Greetings from Elke Germany |
