Rupert Smith Textiles has a rare collection of early Tibetan carpets as well as Khotan and Ningxia rugs. Besides these antique pieces, the Chiang Mai gallery has many Laotian Pha Biangs and Ikat sarongs. Kensington Antique Rug Mercantile Association (KARMA) 2009 Taking place concurrent with the 2009 London Olympia Season. Specialists in Turkoman, Persian , Turkish, Balouch, Caucasian, Tibetan and Chinese rugs will be exhibiting. Additionally a selection of Asian and Near Eastern works of art and related textiles will be shown and offered.
