The mandala of circular form depicts at it’s edge the cosmic ocean quartered by sun disc, rectangles, triangles and moons which encompass auspicious symbols (horse, elephant, dharmacakra etc) which in turn surround the central tiered square of Mt. Meru which raises up at it’s centre a circle. |
