For a similar example from the Avery Brundage Collection and now in the Asian Art Museum ,San Francisco  dated Daoguang, see 'Hidden Meanings in Chinese Art' by Terese Tse Bartholomew, page 231.  The author notes on page 176 that " the bamboo is a pun for congratulate and the chrysanthemum symbolizes longevity" .
