 Lokeshvara Simhanada

STOLEN: Lokeshvara Simhanada ("Lokeshvara of the lion's roar"), a bronze statue on the top of a column in the courtyard of the temple of the White Machhendranath, Jana Bahal, Kathmandu. Theft on 14. 3. 85. Photo: 27. 7. 82. In the mid-nineties, the statue, which had been recovered, was reinstalled at its site. It is now secured with iron rods. (Fig. E66/G103).
