This is another painting from my late father's collection. I've posted a few of his pieces in this incredible forum, trying to gather any information (mostly out of my own curiosity) as my family attempts to enter the authenticating and selling of these works. The process is foreign to us, yet we are trying to move forward.

hi, the painting is of quality but it has a rare seal, which might easily lead to a situation that its not accepted by the somewhat simple minded market.
your second post contains no pictures.

Thank you again Peter! This piece was framed by my Dad, so assumed it was one of his favorites. It's reassuring/validating to hear that the quality of this work is evident.

Painted by the Old Man Qi Huang Baishi-shan
Upper seal,
白石造稿　- Sketched by Baishi
Corner seal,
人長壽　‐　Long-living Man

Huang 璜　was his chosen name,
Baishi-shan 白石山 　was one of his sobriquets

These seals are all known among collectors and listed in better seal dictionaries.

Thank you I.Nagy for your care and time in translating the seals and calligraphy. Each morsel of information helps decode my late father's painting collection. I find the details so interesting, but ultimately we will need to sell most of the pieces.

This was one of my father's favorite pieces in his collection. I like to close the loop and share the final outcome. It was live auctioned a year ago by Christie's:
