The base mark on your vase reads "Mark of the Hall of self-satisfying good fortune" (Man tang fu ji - 滿堂福記). It last was seen in the forum in 2008 on a Chinese 19th century porcelain covered teacup and saucer that was made for the Thai market and had been outfitted with bronze rim guards in Bangkok.
However, your vase is identifiable as late 20th century by its nontraditional images of the figures painted by a new-generation artist. It is related to other late 20th century ceramics marked "Jin Tang Fu Ji" (錦堂福記), "The Splendid Hall of Good Fortune", another mark known from the 18th century but also fabricated on modern pieces about the same time as yours. This mark is also mentioned on gotheborg.com as late 20th century.
See the link below for info on the 19th century tea set with period mark of Man tang fu ji. (FYI one of the respondents misread the mark so ignore that translation.)
Best regards,
Bill H.
