Kyōka in my translation,

たのしみの　　　Tanoshimi no
日数かさねて nissū kasanete
春雨に harusame ni
めくむ megumu
草津の Kusatsu no
旅の tabi no
道芸　 dōgei

芝口屋丘住　　　Shibakuchiya Okazumi

Joy that grows day by day
Blessed in the spring rain
of Kusatsu
Travelling artists
