寒山月出

Lower seal,

* Eight-character couplet of the famous Mt.
Chaoshan

According to the title of the Chinese website, which I cannot open, a Chengdu painter named Zhang Yan is the author of a series of Eight-character couplets of famous Chinese mountains.
Based on this information,I presume that the artist of this painting is a painter and calligrapher from Chengdu named Zhang Yan.

Zhang Yan 張雁 born in Qihe, Shandong in 1977, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association , member of the Jiusan Society, distinguished professor at the Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, and vice chairman of the Chengdu Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Chengdu Youth Calligraphers Association etc.

With regards,
I.Nagy
