This looks to be a later reproduction of Station #1 Nihonbashi: Morning Scene (Nihonbashi, asa no kei), from the series Fifty-three Stations of the Tôkaidô Road (Tôkaidô gojûsan tsugi no uchi), also known as the First Tôkaidô or Great Tôkaidô.
