明治十七年没年、名壽、字亀敏、別號筌岡，竹叟、
筑前人、小田......成一家京都住
Year of death Meiji 17th Year (1884), Given name J, Courtesy name Kamekichi,Pseudonyms Ueoka, Chikuso, With Oda..... and ....nari lived in Kyōto.

In the last line certain characters cannot be read.
